Operator Fellowship

Program Overview
This is a two-year, paid fellowship designed for aspiring operators and entrepreneurs. Successful candidates will be assigned a senior management role in a high growth operating business to receive hands-on experience, join executive level conversations around acquisition, and conduct your own acquisition search with our operational and financial support. 

What You’ll Do

  • Serve in a senior management role within an established operating business

  • Make executive-level decisions across marketing, finance, and operations

  • Manage day-to-day business functions across multiple departments

  • Build deep industry knowledge and long-term professional relationships

  • Participate on the investment committee evaluating new company acquisitions
    Earn upside in the portfolio through equity, profit-sharing, or options

     

Ideal Candidate

  • Background in sales, marketing, product, finance, or operations

  • Undergraduate or graduate degree required

  • Minimum of 3 years of corporate or entrepreneurial experience

  • Willing to travel up to 50% of the time

  • Motivated to acquire and operate a business
     

Compensation and Benefits

  • $81,760 base salary

  • Performance-based bonuses and equity or option opportunities

Interview Process

The Operator Fellowship follows a rolling admissions process based on available openings.

  3. Selected applicants will be invited to an in-person interview with senior staff.

  4. Successful candidates will coordinate a mutually agreed-upon start date.
